Victoria Lavorini (b.1990, Wheeling, WV) is an artist and Graphic Designer based in Columbus, OH. She received her BA (2012) in Graphic Design from West Liberty University and her MFA (2016) in Visual Arts from Columbus College of Art & Design. Her work has been exhibited internationally and has been featured in New American Paintings as well as Studio Visit Magazine.

Victoria’s work is characterized by a combination of formal decision-making and unrestrained micro-actions, often resulting in images that are slightly unpolished yet balanced in their arrangements. Utilizing mixed media with both blind contour and representational drawing as primary vehicles, she creates work that deals with deliberate realms of control, the intervening of nature, and foibles in organization
