This work lives in the tension between vulnerability, resistance, and reclamation – where the body becomes both subject and battleground and where personal truths confront societal expectations head-on.
In “Not That It’s Your Business Anyways”, I depict a trans man standing fully nude, not as a spectacle or a statement, but simply as himself. His masculinity is not conditional, not dependent on the sex he was assigned at birth, nor up for debate. The open stance challenges the viewer to confront their assumptions-about gender, about nudity, about what makes a man, it is an assertion of presence in a world that so often demands explanation from trans bodies.
This piece rejects censorship in all its forms-of gender, knowledge, desire, and the right to take up space. It’s not here to soothe or explain. It’s here to be seen. They ask us to look directly at the discomfort, the contradiction, the politics of the body. This is what it means to be Uncensored.
